Scopo Solution
We work with the client to curate custom designs on togo bags, pizza boxes, steak knives, and branded metal straws - with the goal of “secondary marketing” wherein the client posts images of our products on social media. (picture of metal straw on insta)
Work with the client on new openings and maintaining inventory and setting ordering pars with the onsite manager.
Too often items are discontinued with a regular distributor and manufacturer. The entirety of the purchasing process is managed by Scopo specifically for etta. For example, a client buys 500 plates on opening only to have their plate discontinued by the manufacturer 6-8 months later. This allows them to do 1 of 2 things. 1.) swap out existing plateware (expensive) or 2.) find someone who can re-manufacture (expensive). This takes time and money away from efforts that should be maintained at catering to the needs of guests.
Logistical processing and organizing is done by Scopo. Inventory warehousing takes up a lot of space that restaurants are better off using for tables and chairs
